Heskett’s Voices of Inspiration singing group opened this school year for the staff at the Convocation at Tri-C. The is made up of students and teachers who practice once per week and perform at various events throughout the school year. It is directed by Mrs. Henderson, our SEL Interventionist in the building.

8th Grade Class Trip to the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History and Greenfield Village, with a stop at Cedar Point on the way back the next day.

Heskett’s Pep Band, directed by Ms. Jones, supports our school events and athletics throughout the year. They have supported the volleyball, basketball, and football teams at least once each season for the past two years!

7th and 8th grade students enjoyed the Fall Sports Recognition and Pep Rally! All Fall Sports Teams were recognized, the cheerleaders gave us a show, and the Pep Band made its first appearance of the year! A tug of war was held between the 7th grade Football players and the 8th grade Football players and the 7th graders came out victorious!!
